Municipal Court
The Hidden Valleys Municipal Court processes traffic citations, including first time OWI, and ordinance violations issued in the Cities of Viroqua and Westby, and the Villages of La Farge and Cashton.
Municipal Court is held at Viroqua City Hall at 124 W Decker Street (October & November 2024 only) generally on the first Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m.
All ordinance violations are prosecuted by the Municipal Prosecutor.
As of October 1, 2024, the City of Viroqua is no longer part of the Hidden Valleys Municipal Court and all violations will be handled through the Vernon County Circuit Court. All fines received prior to October 1, 2024, need to be paid at the Village of Cashton.
