Utility Bill Payment Options

 

To Pay Online, Mobile Device or Telephone

Utility bills can be paid with a check, savings, credit card or debit card by clicking the link below or by calling toll-free at 877-885-7968.

You will need to create an account the first time you login. Be sure to have your bill handy to provide your customer account number.

To receive billing statements on-line check the box to opt in when setting  up customer profile.

After your account is created payments are 3-easy steps. You can pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill.

Payment Service NetworkWe use Payment Service Network to process our payments. PSN has been certified as maintaining the highest level of security as required by the credit card industry. 


Automatic Payment 

Payments can also be made by automatic withdrawal (ACH) from your checking or savings account free of charge. To use this method click on the link below or stop in our office to pick one up.

Some advantages to using direct automatic payment are:

  • Helps avoid late or missed payments
  • No convenience fee
  • No need to write checks
  • No postage costs
  • Transfers funds safely, securely and directly from your account

When enrolled in this convenient service, you will continue to receive a statement at the beginning of each month detailing the amount to be debited from your savings or checking account by the due date.

Please include the bottom portion of the bill to assure that your account is properly credited.


Pay in Person

During normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) customers can make payments at our office, located at 124 West Decker Street, Viroqua. 

After business hours, payments can be dropped off in the utility drop box located across from our mailbox. 

If you are paying in person, you can pay by cash, check, debit and credit card. Convenience fees will apply for debit and credit card payments.
