Food Preservation Workshop

In this workshop, we’ll learn about a variety of ways to preserve the bounty of summer including canning, dehydrating, and freezing. We’ll tour the farm, harvest some produce to work with, and work through several kitchen demonstrations on preservation. Finally, participants will have an opportunity for hands on learning as we process our harvest for winter storage.
