An easy-to-follow, fun workout to support the Driftless Humane Society!
Join Jane Schmidt of Fitness Choices (and her cats!) online with Zoom or in person at the Bethel Home Fellowship Hall in Viroqua. The class is “Sit, Stand, Stretch” that will use hand-held weights and a chair. All monies collected will go directly to the care of the many cats and dogs that need our help.
Cost: Freewill donation – Suggested donation is $15
