This will be the Joint Review Board’s final meeting concerning the City of Viroqua’s request to amend the Boundary and Project Plan for TID No. 3.  The meeting will be held at Viroqua City Hall, 202 North Main Street, Viroqua, WI.  The intent of the amendment to TID No. 3 is to include four (4) additional parcels within the TID Boundary and to allow the TID to make expenditures for site improvements within the boundary to attract and promote industrial development.  The purpose of the final JRB meeting is for the Board to review the final documents related to the TID No. 3 Boundary and Project Plan amendment, and consider approval.  Vierbicher is assisting the City with the TID creation and amendments.  If you have any questions concerning the proposed TID creation and amendments, please contact Kurt Muchow at Vierbicher at 608-768-4817.  All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting.
