Women’s Self Defense | Coulee Roots Movement Studio | June 3 & 4 @ 12pm – 3pm
Coulee Roots Movement and Vernon Women’s Alliance are hosting a two-day self-defense workshop for women and girls ages 10 and up. The workshop will be both hands-on and didactic instruction.
Develop situational awareness skills, practice various physical self-defense movements & body mechanics, and leave with skills that build your confidence in any situation.
Location: Coulee Roots Movement Studio, 117 S Main Street, Viroqua
