Railroad Avenue Sewer Project – Phase 1
The Railroad Avenue Sewer Project – Phase 1 was bid and awarded to Badger Environmental of Westby. Both the City and Badger worked to get all the paperwork, materials and bonding in place so that the project was able to start at the end of September 2020. This sanitary sewer project included the construction of the sewer main, manholes, laterals, and post-construction lawn restoration.
